After 20 years in corporate banking, Josh Copeland ditched the tie and suited up in an apron, ready to open his first restaurant in 2021. He realized that he would rather try and possibly fail at his dream than continue down a path where he felt no connection. Located in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, Camino Alto is one of the city’s best-kept secrets serving California cuisine with Mexican influences.
